
Mr. Brian T. Ashe is a partner representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His main areas of practice are complex litigation, class & collective actions and counseling. Mr. Ashe defends employers in wage/hour and PAGA matters, discrimination issues, trade secret cases, and multi-party contract litigation.
He counsels clients in various aspects of human resources management, including compliance, independent contractor issues, privacy, and equal employment opportunity. Mr. Ashe’s counseling practice focuses on prevention and artful business strategy.
This year, Mr. Ashe was recognized in the BTI Client Service All-Star report as one of only 26 Labor & Employment attorneys in America who is “absolutely the best at client service” because he is ”head and shoulders above the rest… with the most demanding clients.”
