Brian Hill is an associate on Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Team. He has experience in a wide variety of intellectual property disputes, including matters before both U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
Brian has litigated cases involving patent and trademark infringement, unfair competition, and antitrust-based allegations. In one instance, a U.S. district court judge referred to Brian’s oral argument on claim construction in a finding favoring the firm’s client.
Before joining the firm, Brian was an examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he reviewed patent applications in the areas of solar technology, heat storage devices, and fuel burning systems. He also worked as an attorney with the ITC.
