Brian Potter is counsel in the Immigration practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Boston office. He is experienced in both temporary nonimmigrant visa petitions and permanent employment and family-based visa applications. Mr. Potter has worked with a number of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, startups, nonprofit organizations, and individuals.
He represents clients across a broad range of industries, including information technology and data services, financial services, manufacturing, high-tech, and global mobility firms. He manages their employment-based immigration matters and advises on organization-wide issues including immigration compliance and immigration policy development.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. Potter practiced immigration law at a boutique law firm in Worcester, Massachusetts. He earned his J.D. at the University of Maine School of Law, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of Southern Maine, and a B.A. in History from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Potter is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Stay away from him. He will make sure you end up hit roadblock in your immigration journey. Even anybody having basis immigration experience can advise better than him. Always gives false hope and make your journey miserable. He has an associate Lucy Walsh – another person to avoid.
