Brian D. Danella is a seasoned corporate transactional lawyer specializing in technology transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with a special focus on intellectual property and technology law. Brian has extensive experience handling a diverse range of commercial transactions and related issues, including licensing, acquiring intellectual property and related assets, structuring and negotiating complex strategic alliances, creating and executing partner and developer programs, and leading due diligence teams.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian practiced at international law firms and as general counsel for a NASDAQ-traded software company based in Menlo Park, California. Brian was also a Venture Partner at DFJ Frontier, a seed- and early-stage venture capital firm that invests in technology companies on the West Coast, and the principal and co-founder of a boutique public relations firm that provided strategic marketing counsel and public relations programs for software, IT, and other technology-based companies.
