    Mauled by pitbull

Brian and his team came to my rescue after I was mauled by a pitbull. Professionally I have dealt with insurance companies before and one thing I have learned is to call a lawyer when personal injuries are involved. It can and does get complicated very quickly. Brian was able to settle with the insurance company in a timely manner and get my medical bills paid on time. Medical bills can mount quickly especially when specialists are brought in to fix your body. I’m not fully recovered, but my finger will heal and I do have my finger back thanks to amazing plastic surgeon. I wouldn’t think twice about calling Brian if I am ever injured in an accident again. He’s professional, personable and always on point.

    Dream Team

Three and a half years ago, many aspects of my life changed in an instant. I was struck on the head by an unsecured pilates reformer board while simply shopping at a clothing sample sale at a pilates studio. I didn’t “pass out” as many expect one would from being struck on the head. At the time, I actually thought I was fine and proceeded to drive home and continue on with my day, only thinking that I had some neck pain.

As the week went on, things got a bit worse. I was diagnosed with a concussion the next morning and proceeded to go downhill as the week continued. My husband watched me as I was unable to care for my three kids and didn’t know what to do. Concussions were unchartered territory for us so he called an old friend Brian Breiter for guidance. Brian wouldn’t give my husband, Adam, any legal advice at all, even though that’s his area of expertise. He said there wouldn’t be any discussion of legal terms until we figure out my medical situation as health comes first. He advised Adam to get me to the ER where then I was advised to go to a neurologist.

**This was the first of many times Brian and his group put my health and my medical care far above anything else.***
It was December and we all know how difficult it can be to get a doctor appointment at any time, let alone the holidays. Brian and Mark helped me get a neurologist appointment right away when any other doctor we called couldn’t see me for months.

Over the last two years, from the first neurologist to other neurologists to psychologists and more, Brian has helped me get appointments with doctors that helped me get answers when it seemed as if there were no answers. He encouraged me to keep trying to get better when I just wanted to crawl into bed and give up. He helped me see that things will continue to get better when I felt myself falling back down. When he didn’t have the answer I was looking for, he reminded me that it was probably time for me to go back to the doctor (I’m not usually a person who goes to the doctor often!). More often than not, he would make me laugh when I wanted to cry. Most importantly, Brian was always there with a gentle reminder that this can be a long process and not to give up.

That’s just a part of what Brian did, he really did focus on my health first- because that’s the kind of person he is. But the reality is, you are probably reading this review because you are interested in him as an attorney and this is where he shines above all.

We attempted several times to settle with the defense to no avail. Brian tried very hard to work with the other side to come to reasonable terms but throughout the entire process, that never happened. After three failed mediations, and listening to Brian’s advice, we ended up going to trial. I was nervous heading into court but it turns out there is no one else I would rather have by my side during this entire experience.

In the courtroom, I sat with Brian Breiter, Jeff Twomey, and Steve Hoffman. Mr. Twomey is a very impressive young attorney with a great career ahead of him. Mr. Hoffman blew me away with his medical knowledge and his ability to depose and cross examine the medical experts in the case. He could “out-doctor” any doctor on the stand! Mr. Breiter kept the entire courtroom engaged, entertained, and informed during the entire six day trial. His opening statement and closing argument solidified why he’s considered one of the best.

The jury, with only a short two hour deliberation, unanimously sided with us and awarded us more than ten times the amount that the defense ever offered in any mediation.

Saved us when we needed him most!

A few years ago my mother, who is in her 70s, was rear ended violently by a work truck. My mom, who is a cancer survivor and had fibromyalgia, was already in a lot of pain, and the accident made it much worse. We were referred to Brian by a close family member and we were convinced after we read his reviews and met him and his partner Mark. My mom ended up getting years of treatment with an orthopedic doctor and injections in her neck. Although the treatment helped, she was still in a lot of pain.

Brian and Mark filed a lawsuit and after my mothers deposition the case went to mediation and settled for an amount much higher than we would’ve ever dreamed of. We are so thankful for all their hard work. It was such a different experience from when we had hired an attorney in the past my mom ended up getting years of treatment with an orthopedic doctor and injections in her neck.

It was such a different experience from when we had hired an attorney in the past who just wanted to do a quick settlement. I guess you get what you pay for. We are so happy with the result, we will only work for our friends and family to Brian Breiter and his law firm in the future. Thank you.

    Amazing Lawyer!

I was hit by a car and got busted up pretty bad. I found Brian Breiter online, told him about my accident and he came the next day to see how I was doing and recommend doctors to make sure I would be ok. During the whole process Brian and his team were extremely helpful professional and caring.

They were always available to answer questions, make sure i understood everything and fought for me the whole way through. Thank you again for helping me through this tough couple of years, I absolutely recommend this firm if your in a accident.

    My brother Robert

On October 27, 2015, my brother was riding his bike home from the beach. He was almost home, When he made his way to go under the bridge at the same time there was a semi going under the bridge and his load on his truck was too high and clipped the top of the bridge and the container fell off the truck and onto my brother, killing him instantly.

Losing my brother this way was horrific especially when the corners came to my house I’ll never forget that day.I had news vans ambulance chasers you name it waiting in front of my house. I knew I had to get a lawyer I just didn’t want to do it, I was in a daze.

I had one of my good friends start researching and then I started researching and Brian‘s name kept coming up. I called Brian’s office and they called me back really fast and set up a meeting after that meeting one of my cousins kept telling me you need to go interview more lawyers don’t just settle for the first one you see.

I didn’t want to interview more lawyers I didn’t have the energy to do it plus I really liked Brian I felt really comfortable with him. After my meeting with Brian, my cousins and some of my friends we all went to have Pho. They gave us fortune cookies after we ate and on my fortune cookie that said your first choice will be your wisest choice at this time.

So from that fortune cookie I knew that Brian was going to be my lawyer, and he was the best lawyer ever. I still keep in contact with him he’s like a great friend to me, thank you Brian Brieter for everything you’ve done for me it’s not about the money, the money could never bring my brother back. The lawsuit was settled for the highest amount.

    Thank you ?? Brian Breiter

    Legal dream team

As I intend to post a highly detailed review, let me offer some highlights for those not interested in the full story.

    * My Wife was seriously injured through a business owners negligence at the end of 2014, and ultimately diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury
    * For the past 2.5 years Brian and his team helped us navigate what we found to be an sociopath Defendant who claimed it never happened, an overconfident Defense Counsel and unreasonable Insurance Carrier
    * After multiple failed mediations, we were forced to bring this to trial in June 2017 where Brian displayed why he is one of the best plaintiff attorneys in Los Angeles
    * Jury unanimously sided with us delivering a verdict that was ten times what the carrier was willing to offer
    * Brian and his team will deliver you five star results, but more importantly he cares becoming personally vested in his clients health and well being
    * I will be forever grateful to Brian for the care, compassion and kindness he showed to my Family during this very difficult time in our lives – we began this journey as friends but 2.5 years later Brian is now Family.

In December 2014, my Wife and stay at home Mother of our three children (ages at the time 7, 4 and 1) went to a children’s clothing sample sale at a Pilates studio. While squatting down sorting through a pile of clothing, a Pilates reformer (a 6’8″ 38.5 lb bench) which was improperly secured came crashing down on her head. She remained conscious, but blacked out for a bit and “saw stars”. At first we had no idea the severity of the injury, but after a few days of the symptoms (nausea, neck pain, blurred vision, loss of dexterity in hand, general confusion, inability to suffer light or noise, radiating pain down the arm, severe headaches and migraines) getting progressively worse we knew that this was a serious injury that needed immediate attention. Still unable to get an appointment after calling dozens of Neurologists I was lost and needed help, this is when I called Brian who helped us get into see a Neurologist a day or so later. After seeing a number of specialists my Wife was diagnosed with a Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and was put on a daily dosage of Nortriptalyne and given Maxalt for acute treatment of the Migraines. After the first six months a number of the physical symptoms had gone away with the exception of crippling migraines, she was still only a fraction of herself.

Again, we had no idea the extent of my Wife’s injuries but knew we were going to need to retain legal counsel after I visited the Pilates studio where the accident occurred, and the Owner denied the accident happening. My Wife was suffering, our medical bills were adding up and now I have a sociopath calling me a fraud and promising to send my Wife and I to jail – this is when Brian became my friend and attorney. We went through two mediations (June and Sept 2016) with no reasonable offers being presented – we steel ourselves for trial with a date set for June 2017.

This is where Brian and his team (Partner – Steve Hoffman, Associate – Jeff Twomey) truly shone. As a witness I was not able to be in the courtroom until my testimony, so I was not present for the first 3 days of trial. I felt dejected that I could not be in the courtroom to support my Wife, but knew Brian and his team was there for her. Finally, on day 4 it was my turn to take the stand and tell our story, Brians direct line of questioning allowed for me to do just – many tears were shed. The last day of trial allowed me to watch Steve Hoffman dismantle and discredit the Defense Neurologist (later dubbed “Mr Reliable”), helped by Brians keen observation of this Doctor speaking with another Defense Attorney during the morning break. While I felt confident that the Jury saw that we were telling the truth, I was concerned that they were falling for some of the Defense’s underhanded tactics and well-coached and paid for expert witnesses. This concern was alleviated after Brian’s closing arguments, where he laid out the case through a series of perfectly crafted slides (prepared by Jeff Twomey) highlighted by his ability to connect with the Jurors. Brian’s final rebuttal effectively wiped out Defense’s closing arguments, the trial was over. After 2.5 hours, the Jury unanimously sided with us delivering a verdict ten times what Defense has proposed.

All said it has been a wild 2.5 years, but can tell you at numerous times throughout my Wife and I both said thank g-d for Brian. He helped us through a difficult time, kept us laughing when we wanted to cry and ultimately delivered the best possible result from a terrible situation. I am usually reluctant to offer recommendations/referrals, but in this case I can wholeheartedly and without concern tell you that should you or a loved one find yourself in a similar situation call the Law offices of Brian Breiter – you will not find a more caring or competent group.

The best lawyer or our family

Six years ago my husband was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident that left him in a coma for six months. He was not able to recover from his brain injury and passed away on my daughter’s birthday. She was only 11 at the time and we were in utter shock for what seemed like a lifetime. It was indeed the darkest day of our lives. Brian was referred to me from a family friend.

I called him right away and after talking with him on the phone for hours that same evening of the accident, I knew that he would be the absolute best person to represent my family, even though I had no idea what to expect with David’s recovery. Brian was professional, compassionate, and extremely gentle towards my child’s sensitive state. He was always available to answer all of our questions about hospitals, negotiations, legal papers and counseling.

He was confident and supportive when we had to go to our depositions. Brian was always careful to explain the litigation process to us with clarity and honesty and always guided us with dignity and respect. Even though our case was settled in less than 18 months out of court, we are still in close contact with Brian. He always thinks of my daughter and her well being. I am forever grateful to Brian for helping us get through this life changing moment and to remain with us in order to move on toward a hopeful future. There is no better lawyer or our family!

    Fantastic Experience Top to Bottom

Approximately 4 and a half years ago, I was subjected to dangerous conditions at a restaurant that resulted in a life changing injury to my face. I was forced to undergo plastic surgery to attempt to alleviate the damages, but I was left with permanent scarring, numbness, and an overwhelming sense of helplessness.

With no experience in a courtroom and without ever filing a lawsuit, I was unaware of any possible options. Fearing I had no recourse, I was luckily referred to Brian Breiter’s office by a friend. That referral changed my life. After a consultation with Brian and his team and a full explanation of all the events and information, they made me feel confident that my injuries would be dealt with accordingly. I immediately knew I was in the right hands.

Brian’s office handled all the necessary filings and after a few months I was accompanied by Andrew Aukland from Brian’s team to my deposition. I was informed, confident, and calm due to the professionalism and rapport displayed by Brian and his attorneys throughout the process. A number of failed mediations followed, causing the likelihood of a trial to rise each time. With Brian’s confidence in my case as well as my knowledge of the facts, we continued our pursuit of justice despite the insurance carrier’s unwillingness to settle without a trial.

In a strange twist, the defendant switched defense firms in the middle of the process, effectively starting the process from square one. The masterful team composed of Brian, Andrew, and Jeff Twomey were steadfast and assured me there was nothing to worry about. The ability to stay in constant communication with Brian’s office allowed me the peace of mind that my case was being handled by the best Plaintiff’s Attorney in Los Angeles.

After nearly 5 years had gone by since the accident, the insurance carrier left us with no other option but to try the case. As Brian explained to me, no trial by jury is ever a guarantee, but the strength of our case and magnitude of my injuries drove our desire for a fair and just resolution. The trial lasted 5 days and the preparation, dedication, and compassion by Brian, Jeff, and Andrew ultimately resulted in a successful Plaintiff verdict, finding the defendant 100% responsible. The jury delivered a verdict that was more than six times than the insurance carrier’s final offer.

I will be forever thankful to Brian Breiter and his team of Jeff Twomey and Andrew Aukland for the compassion they showed me at one of the lowest points in my life. They took a terrible situation and fought to get me the absolute best possible result. When other LA lawyers will fold and take a settlement to avoid trial, Brian will not back down. His constant communication and information is easy to digest and assuaged all trepidations I had throughout the 3 year process. Though the situation that led me to Brian and his team was horrific, the subsequent experience was fantastic due to the personal investment he and his office demonstrated. I unequivocally recommend him and will always be indebted to him for his amazing work.

    Literally the best

In October of 2013, I was crossing the street near my own home in LA when I was hit by an SUV.

Nothing can prepare you for something like that. The is no step by step guide for what to do next.
All I knew is I needed help. I needed someone to help me go through this as the car that hit me did not call for help and did not report what happened. The driver also did not give me any information other than a name and phone number which went straight to voicemail every time I tried calling.

I was clearly hurt, I was limping and falling and since no one arrived at the scene when I was hurt, I was basically advocating for myself, which I found out, is VERY difficult to do after such a traumatic event.

Before I found Brian Breiter, I found myself being sent home from the er hospital and doctor multiple times with a pat with the words I know it is painful to get hit by a car but I would feel better soon since I am younger than 40 years of age.

This dance lasted until my own health insurance had enough complaints to referred me to an orthopedic doctor. I finally got an appointment to see the orthopedic doctor a week after thanksgiving. The moment the orthopedic doctor laid eyes on me, he inquired why no one was helping me go through this.

I didn’t even realize what I was going through was wrong. I knew I needed help but I couldn’t find someone who would listen to my pleas.

My orthopedic doctor let me know I needed 3 MRIs. The sooner the better.

Unfortunately, since I was going through my own insurance, the doctor informed me I could receive the referrals for MRIs by maybe January of the following year. I bursted into tears in the orthopedic doctor’s office. I already wasn’t sleeping because of the pain. My body wasn’t working correctly. I had a family I needed to take care of but no one seemed to care. No one could give me answers.

That evening, in my desperation, I turned to Yelp after googling for the best lawyer in LA.

When I found Brian Breiter’s page, every review I read was truthful and positive. The more reviews I read, the more it became clear: this was a team who cared and were simply the best.

I figured that my situation couldn’t get any worse. I took a chance and I called them.

I am SO glad I did. Although I was scared, hurt, confused, unsure of what to do, they believed me and were willing to meet with me.

I walked into Brian’s office, limping with 2 young children in tow. The minute I saw Brian and Marc, they believed me and were willing to represent me.

15 minutes later, I was sent in an uber to a doctor and I got immediate care. It turned out I had real issues with my neck, back, my arms and my left leg. I had definitely needed medical care and I finally received it because Brian advocated for me.

By that evening, a plan to care for my injuries and to recover from them was set in motion.

For the next FOUR YEARS, we talked about my care every step of the way. Anytime I called, anyone I spoke to knew who I was. Every time I called, the call always ended with “Don’t worry about anything. Focus on getting better” and Brian absolutely delivered. I finally got the medical care I had desperately needed.

Brian and Marc saw me for what I was: a young wife and mother of 2 young children whose lives have changed from this accident. The compassion and understanding is something that definitely made a difference to my family and I.

Although nothing in the world can ever fix the pain I have or replace the time I lost as I continuing to recover from this accident, Brian and Marc made sure justice was delivered to my family and I.

After our case, they have continued to help me navigate the final steps of everything. They have become our family friends and we can’t stop talking about how amazing and helpful the law office of Brian Breiter have been to us. They changed our lives. It really scares me to think how our lives would be now if we hadn’t meet them and if Brian didn’t advocate for me. They truly are heroes, going above and beyond.

There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found a lawyer like Brian. Thank you Brian, Marc and the whole team!

    The Best of the Best

Brian Breiter is the best there is. This will be a highly detailed review, so I’ll list some highlights for those who don’t want to read the full story.
-I was rear ended by a businesses Mercedes Sprinter van in November of 2014 causing herniated discs in my neck and back
-For nearly 3 years, Brian and his team followed my treatment closely, checked in on me regularly, and handled all communication with the defendant and their insurance company, allowing me to focus on my recovery
-A few very low settlement offers were rejected, forcing us to go to trial in November of 2017
-After only an hour of deliberation, the jury came back with a settlement that was over 10 times the last offer
-Brian and his team not only provide 5 star results, they genuinely care about their clients
-Brian’s kindness, compassion, and dedication to his clients is immeasurable.
    The Accident
On Saturday, November 29th 2014, I was on my home to LA from Orange County after celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. I’d been stopped for a minute or so when all of the sudden, there was a loud crash followed by a violent jerk forward. I looked in my rear view mirror to see the Mercedes logo and the grill of a van the size of an airport shuttle essentially in the back seat of my Honda Civic. Shortly after we’d pulled over, the driver of the van asked if I minded if he got off of the freeway, he’d just spoken to his bosses, they told him it was “bad for business” to have the company van on the side of the road. My husband arrived soon after this, once he saw the damage he insisted on taking me to the emergency room to get checked out. That was the first of 2 ER visits, followed by multiple appointments with an orthopedist, 2 MRIs, an anesthesiologist who gave me 3 epidural injections in my neck, several trigger point injections in my back, and countless hours of physical therapy over the span of nearly three years to treat my symptoms. (Burning in the base of my neck and lower back, hip pain, intermittent tingling in both arms and legs, severe muscle spasms in my back and neck). I had to come to the difficult realization that I will be in pain for the rest of my life as a result of this crash, and will eventually need surgery on my neck to repair the herniated disc.

    The Case
After continued attempts to reach a settlement, no reasonable offers were made by the Defendant. We had no choice but to go to trial.

I knew Brian was an excellent attorney, but any expectations I had were exceeded beyond belief when we entered the courtroom. Brian and his Associate, CJ Pardon, were well prepared, treated each of the jurors with the utmost respect and consideration, and demonstrated complete and total professionalism. Brian’s opening statement, assisted with a PowerPoint presentation (prepared by CJ Pardon), was powerful, it moved me to what would be the first of many tears shed during the trial. On the second day, my doctor took the stand to explain the anatomy of the spine, the details of my injuries, my course of treatment, and walked the jury through the steps of the operation I’ll inevitably have to have to repair the disc in my neck. My husband took the stand next, answering Brian’s questions to show who I was before the crash, to explain his experience of the day of the crash and the changes he saw in me as a result of the consistent pain I have been in for the last few years. I took the stand last, I was terrified. Brian’s ability to be direct while taking a witnesses comfort into consideration caused my fear to dissipate. When the defendant’s witness attempted to discredit my injuries and my character, Brian shut him down. When the time came, his closing argument was even more compelling than his opening. He explained to the jury that the numerous underhanded tactics used by the defense were just plain wrong. The defense made their closing arguments and the attacks to my integrity were blatant. During Mr. Breiter’s rebuttal, his anger at the defenses statements was unmistakable. He answered back in a big way, all the while maintaining professional composure. With that, the jury was sent to deliberate. After one hour of deliberation, the jury came back with a nearly unanimous verdict of a settlement over ten times more than the last offer received from the defendant.
I think it goes without saying that the last 3 years have been an unbelievable roller coaster. There aren’t enough words to properly articulate how thankful my husband and I are for Brian and his team. The amount of support, devotion, and hard work put into this case is truly immeasurable. I would never wish injury onto anyone, but if you are injured and need help, Brian is the person you want on your side. My life changed forever in November of 2014, thanks to Brian and his team, my life changed for the better 3 years later and we are eternally grateful.

    Eternally grateful!

Over 3 years ago my husband had a massive car accident driving with my teenage son. The impact was so severe that his hand smashed into the windshield, and immediately ballooned up. However, that was the least of our problems, after his hand started to heal he realized he had a severe knee injury that eventually needed surgery. That’s when I knew we needed someone to fight for us all the way, as our lives had changed. Before this accident he was very physically active, riding bikes and playing sports with our kids and even coaching their sports teams. I searched the Internet very carefully because I wanted to find a lawyer that would fight and not just settle the case. Several attorneys promised him the world but we knew we were in the right place when we met Brian Breiter and Mark Rubashkin. The first thing they made sure was that my husband and son had access to the best doctors available. And we got it! Brian and Marc warned us that the insurance company would not be fair and that they would lowball us, and they did. Even when we went to a mediation, and the insurance promised they would be fair, they lied. That’s where Brian shined, he said forget it we are out of here, see you at trial. One year later we were in front of the judge and my son was testifying, so did the doctor and then it was my turn. Brian and Mark prepared me so well that I was ready for the defense attorney’s cheap tricks at trial. It didn’t work, and we won the case, and were treated very fairly with the verdict. I am forever grateful for Brian and his team for their care and compassion during a very difficult time. Thank you guys! Great result, all the stars in the world.

    Best there is

Brian Breiter represented me following a car vs. bicycle collision. The short of it is that driver misconduct resulted in my upper jaw being fractured and displaced, multiple front teeth damaged or lost requiring extensive dental work including wiring to set the bone and multiple root canals, and vascular and nerve injury to my dominant hand. While my hand recovered full functionality following extensive physical therapy, my mouth was permanently disfigured. He did a phenomenal job. The highlights:

    – He took over after another attorney stopped communicating with me, despite that attorney having a lien on any award. What a difference between the two! Brian was 100x better from the first day, and was in constant communication. No extra charge, minimal hassle to fire my first attorney and bring on Brian.
    – Through skilled work during witness deposition, he managed to get the defense to admit liability. Initially they had contested it.
    – He advised rejection of inappropriately low settlement offers, eventually taking the case to trial. He accurately estimated the worth of the case at a number close to the final jury award.
    – He explained and prepared me for the trial process well, and accommodated the time demands of my training as a third year medical student in regards to being present and testifying at the trial.
    – He was an effective and charismatic representative in the courtroom. He made the details of the case incredibly clear to the jury, walked me through events of the accident while I was on the witness stand, and he systematically dismantled the defense’s expert witness.
    – In fact, he did such a good job preparing for trial and on the day of the trial that the defense seemed to rooting for my side!

If you’ve sustained a personal injury, Brian is the best lawyer around. Cannot recommend more highly.

    RIde Sharing Accident

I was driving on my way to work last June when a ride sharing service car cut me off trying to make a right turn from the middle lane, struck my car and ultimately ending up pushing me into another vehicle. My car was deemed totaled and I was at a loss at what steps to take next. After a recommendation from a coworker to pursue legal action I was introduced to Brian.

From our very first meeting I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I had never been in an accident before and really felt quite helpless. I was deemed “ok” by the medics when they arrived but was still in severe pain after the accident. It was only because of Brian’s recommendation that I got an MRI- turns out I had several herniated discs in my lower back!

Brian and his whole team took care of setting me up with the best orthopedic, PT team, and massage therapist. They truly were focused on me getting better and always checked in throughout the whole process anytime I had a question or concern. Whether it be by email, phone, or even texting on Brians personal cell they were always available to me.

When I first met with Brian he was confident that he would win my case and gave me an idea of what my settlement amount could be. Well not only did he WIN but he more than doubled the initial amount AND was able to reduce ALL of my medical bills.

This whole process (minus the accident) was a breeze! Brian will forever be my personal injury lawyer and I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

    Highly Recommend Brian Breiter

3.5 years ago, I got into a terrible accident that broke my eye socket, misaligned my pelvis, messed up my neck, gave me severe muscle tissue trauma, to name a few of the injuries, and left me physically and emotionally scarred. I had never been in a situation like this and was really scared and physically incapable of even beginning to deal with it. I found Brian Breiter on yelp, due to his great reviews, and hey, I’m paying it forward and writing a 5-Star review myself to hopefully help whomever is reading this now decide to go with him. He came to my rescue and I cannot be more grateful. He came to my house for a free consult and was extremely reassuring–great bedside manners. He said he’d do everything he can to help me, and I believed him. My gut told me to go with him, and he turned out to be a man of integrity, and he really delivered on his promises. The next 3.5 years was no easy journey by any means. I couldn’t have even begun to imagine the complicated, intricate, and oftentimes very frustrating process that was dealing with, well, anything legal. I’m pretty type A and want to know everything that’s going on, but there are a lot of puzzle pieces and unknowns, and though there are times when there’s a lot of waiting around or uncertainties due to the process, Brian has always been reassuring, and I trusted him. He told me to just focus on seeing the doctors I needed to see, do everything I needed to do to best heal myself, and that he and Mark (the other lawyer I worked with extensively, who is also extremely hard working) would take care of everything else. And they did. I’m happy to say that today, 3.5 years later, Brian handed me a very-well negotiated settlement check, we high-fived, and will continue to be friends. He and Mark really took care of me, fought hard, and FAR exceeded my expectations for the outcome. Thank you Brian, Mark, and everyone at the office. All my love and appreciation goes out to you guys! 🙂

    Motorcycle Accident

Last September, a car pulled out in front of me while I rode my motorcylce down Olympic Blvd in downtown Los Angeles. I was injured and rushed to the hospital for treatment.

After being released, I felt that the insurance company was trying to take advantage of me, as they only wanted to pay for my bike and not any injuries or compensation for time off work.

The lawyers at Brian Breiter Law Offices helped me every step of the way and took care of everything. They guided me through the process and I really felt like I was taken care of by someone I had known for years. I ended up getting a settlement that paid for all of my bills, my bike, and for my time off work. I couldn’t be happier!

In April of 2014, I was involved in a horrible vehicle accident on a Los Angeles freeway. It involved myself and two other vehicles being rear ended. I was the middle vehicle and ended up being transported by ambulance. My injuries were misdiagnosed at the time of the accident and I was referred to The Brian Breiter Law Firm.

I met with Mr. Brian Breiter and Mr. Mark Rubashkin. They showed me overwhelming concern and care for my situation, injuries and Surgery. They both explained how they could file liens for surgery and physical therapy to resolve my health issues sooner rather than later. They then fought 100% with the auto insurance company completely looking out for my best interest…NOT THEIR’S, MINE!

While recovering in December 2014, I was involved in a two vehicle auto accident rear ended once again. I had Brian Breiter Law Firm and Mark Rubashkin represent me again. They did an amazing job representing me for my injuries. Again 100% looking out for my best interest and resolved with the auto insurance company.

Then, in March 2016, I was rear ended a third time in another two vehicle accident. The Brian Breiter Law Firm and Mark Rubashkin Represented me in resolving two more surgeries on my shoulder and a neck fusion.

If you are ever in need for representation for a personal injury you need to contact The Brian Breiter Law Firm in Los Angeles, California. The attorneys and all of their support staff are completely the best and they truly care about you. I cannot put into words how tremendously grateful I am for everything that The Brian Breiter Law Firm has done for me and my family. Please call them!

one of the best attorneys in LA.

I have nothing but positive things to say for Mr. Breiter. He is a consummate professional who rushed to my assistance with great enthusiasm. His office is smartly run; calls and return calls are handled swiftly and efficiently, and I never, ever feel like just a “number” or a nameless client. Instead, the prompt correspondance always makes me feel like Mr. Breiter is prioritizing me. He was thorough and well-researched in advising me of my options. Brian just handles things, takes the pressure off you and gets things going in your favor. You could do a lot worse than to have this expert in your corner.
