Brian K. Rosenzweig is a partner in the firm’s New York office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. He practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on international and domestic capital-raising transactions and SEC reporting and compliance.
His practice predominantly involves capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and high-yield debt offerings, involving foreign private issuers and domestic issuers in the life sciences, financial services and media and telecommunications industries.
He also regularly advises boards and management on executive compensation disclosure and other securities law issues, corporate governance issues and general corporate matters.
