Brian Kaplan

Brian C. Kaplan joined Law & Moran shortly after graduating from Emory University School of Law in 2017. In law school, Brian was a member of Emory’s Moot Court Society, and was a summer intern for the Honorable Douglas E. McKeon of the New York State Supreme Court for Bronx County.

Before attending law school, Brian graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Political Science. At Law & Moran, Brian represents individuals who have been injured by the negligent or wrongful acts of others.
