Brian L. Klock is an experienced intellectual property litigator whose clients rely on his advocacy when confronted with patents alleged to have industry-wide impact. Brian also represents clients in contested proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
He has significant experience in patent prosecution, having worked formerly as a patent examiner at the USPTO. Whatever the need, Brian recognizes the importance of understanding the technology at issue, and has the skills necessary to leverage that insight.
Before joining Venable, Brian spent his entire career in private practice at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.
