Brian Mark Fong

Brian Mark Fong has extensive experience of 37 years as a trial lawyer. He majorly focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases and has obtained multi-million-dollar settlements and large verdicts throughout his legal career. He is a partner at the law firm Minami Tamaki LLP based in San Francisco Bay Area.

He has successfully represented clients in cases concerning wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice throughout California in both State and Federal Courts. He has immense experience in handling accident cases resulting from automobiles, aviation, construction, elevator, crane, jet ski, scuba diving, etc.

Attorney Brian M. Fong holds the license to practice law in California since 1981. He is a graduate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Before studying law, he obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science with high honors from the University of California Berkeley.
