Brian M. Park is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices. Brian’s practice focuses on representing and advising publicly-traded and privately-held companies in a variety of merger, acquisition and disposition transactions, capital raising activities and corporate governance matters.
Brian has experience advising both domestic and foreign private issuers regarding SEC disclosure and compliance matters, as well as representing both issuers and underwriters in initial offerings, secondary offerings and shelf offerings of equity and debt securities.
In addition, Brian advises private equity and venture capital funds and companies in evaluating, structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions, including growth equity investments, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, divestitures and recapitalizations. Brian is also an editor of King & Spalding’s Directors Governance Center.
Brian earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association.
