He has represented clients in single plaintiff and class action litigation, defending against claims brought under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and the FMLA. Recently, Brian secured summary judgment on behalf of a client in a single plaintiff gender and race discrimination claim brought under Title VII.

In addition to representing clients under federal and state employment statutes, Brian also represents clients in state and federal court on non-compete issues. Brian has represented both employers seeking to enforce non-compete agreements and employees who have had a lawsuit filed against them.
Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Brian served as a Captain in the United States Army. During his service, Brian deployed to the Iraqi theater of operations and was awarded a Bronze Star.
