Brian is a third generation Hillsborough County native with deep ties across the Tampa Bay community. He started and led a nonprofit focused on improving the Tampa Bay region’s transportation issues and has been recognized for his work as an attorney and in the community by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

- Advising physicians group during dissolution of partnership and successful appraisal and buyout of the practice’s real estate assets.
- Representing developer through the acquisition of distressed assets and establishing new master association and condominium.
- Successfully defending against attempt to terminate an unrecorded easement covering access rights between adjacent office and retail properties.
