Attorney Bridget C. Gallagher is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and has been in private practice in Hartford County since 1994, focusing on transactional work, corporate law and real estate based related litigation.
Her litigation experience includes boundary disputes, prescriptive rights claims, corporate litigation, zoning appeals, complex tax appeals and mechanics lien disputes. She also has engaged in other general litigation, including probate litigation, and has participated in a significant amount of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

In recent years Attorney Gallagher has been continuing to expand her probate litigation practice. In addition to will contests she has handled cases regarding will construction or interpretation in both the Probate Court and Superior Court.
