Brittany Benavidez is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses on complex litigation in federal and state courts, with an emphasis on white collar defense, internal investigations and entertainment litigation.
As a member of the White Collar Defense & Investigations Group, Brittany has handled matters involving allegations of bank fraud, visa fraud, mortgage fraud and securities fraud.
As a commercial litigator, she has represented clients involved in trademark infringement actions, contract disputes and other general litigation matters.
In addition, Brittany maintains a diverse pro bono practice and has represented indigent clients in immigration and family court. Prior to joining Proskauer, Brittany worked for the International Human Rights Clinic at Cornell Law School and was an editor of the Cornell Law Review. Brittany is a member of the Proskauer Women’s Alliance Steering Committee.
