Brittany Sokoloff

Brittany Hope Sokoloff focuses her practice on general litigation matters. She has worked on complex white collar matters involving minority and disadvantaged business regulations and tax fraud.

She has also defended litigation brought under the Securities Act of 1933 and second chaired complex financial products arbitrations. In addition to her focus on the firm’s white collar and financial markets practices, Brittany has spent time working on antitrust and complex commercial litigation.

Brittany is also involved in Schiff’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice, including advising clients on strategies to avoid cybersecurity risks and associated financial and legal repercussions. She keeps abreast of trends in cybersecurity law and has authored numerous articles discussing cybersecurity regulations.

EXPERIENCE:

Brittany gained valuable experience as a Schiff Hardin summer associate in 2013. Earlier, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur M. Schack of the New York Supreme Court. As an associate at Schiff Hardin she has analyzed each case she has worked on with attention to detail and an eye to creative problem solving.
