Briza Sanchez is an associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s employment and trade secrets litigation practice, which specializes in handling a variety of cases, including those involving race, sex, religion, age, national origin, harassment, and disability discrimination, as well as cases involving trade secret misappropriation, unauthorized use of trade secrets, and violations of agreements relating to confidentiality and solicitation.
Briza counsels employers on issues such as hiring practices, employee and contractor classification, employment policies, employment contracts, employee mobility, terminations, misuse of information and trade secrets, internal investigations, and numerous other issues that arise under federal, state, or local labor and employment laws.
