Brock McCandless

Brock E. McCandless represents developers, landlords, investors, tenants, and real estate investment trusts in all aspects of office, retail, and industrial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale of real property, leasing, land use, zoning, tax analysis and appeals, and litigation related to real estate transactions.

He also represents private and municipal clients in connection with public sector law matters, including drafting ordinances and board resolutions, public water and sewage issues, municipal liens, tax assessment issues, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Brock practiced in the Pittsburgh office of a national law firm. He has served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Duquesne University School of Law since 2013. Brock earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Washington & Jefferson College, where he was student government association president and Phi Beta Kappa.

He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law where he was the recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award and a member of the Louis L. Manderino Honor Society for Trial Advocacy and Duquesne University Law Review.
