
Brooke Rotstein is a partner in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Law Practice. Ms. Rotstein concentrates in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation.
Since her admission to the Illinois bar in 2004, she has litigated many insurance coverage and bad faith matters, including general liability, excess and umbrella coverage, jewelers block coverage, construction defects, professional liability, environmental and mass tort, homeowners and automobile coverage.
In addition, Ms. Rotstein has litigated various wrongful death and serious personal injury matters including construction accidents, automobile/trucking accidents, product liability and premises liability cases.
Ms. Rotstein also has experience in providing counseling on business disputes and handling commercial law litigation, specifically involving employment contract and non-compete agreements and breach of contract and fraud actions under the Illinois Self-Service Storage Facility Act.
Ms. Rotstein has conducted jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and she has extensive motion practice and deposition experience. Ms. Rotstein’s practice has included representation of both plaintiffs and defendants. She also has experience in appellate work.
