Brooks Suttle is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Labor & Employment Team. Brooks received his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Emory, he served as the executive symposium editor for the Emory Law Journal, where he was responsible for planning and organizing the 2012 Randolph W. Thrower Symposium.
In addition, Brooks has held externships with Judge Timothy C. Batten and Judge Orinda D. Evans of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, as well as Justice Hugh P. Thompson of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Before attending law school, Brooks studied integral theory at John F. Kennedy University and received a B.A. in intellectual history and German studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.
