As a real estate attorney at Olshan, Bryan C. Anderson participates in all aspects of real estate transactions. Bryan represents clients in an array of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of office, retail and industrial properties.
He has experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of complex purchase, sale, leasing, joint venture and financing agreements. Bryan also represents real estate technology and other startups in both real estate and non-real estate businesses.
Bryan received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business Law, and received his Certificate of Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School.
He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Oregon State University. Bryan started his legal career as an associate in the corporate department of Wachtell Lipton.
