Bryan Glover focuses his practice on commercial and bankruptcy litigation. He has experience in commercial reorganizations and workouts, receiverships, real estate litigation and general business-related litigation matters.
Bryan assists creditors in the restructuring of performing and distressed credit facilities, defends lender-liability claims, represents purchasers of assets both inside and outside of bankruptcy court, defends fraudulent and preferential transfer actions in bankruptcy court, and always aims to design and accomplish unique solutions to maximize value for his clients.
