Bryan Lutz is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Team. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust and appeals. Before joining Alston & Bird, Bryan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley Marcus of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Bryan earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he graduated first in his law school class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He also served as an articles editor for the Georgia Law Review, president of the business negotiation team and a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure.
Bryan gained valuable experience in the University of Georgia’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he drafted briefs that were filed in the Eleventh Circuit, presented oral argument before the court and achieved a published reversal and remand for his court-appointed client.
Before law school, Bryan worked as a project manager in the construction industry. He worked primarily on residential construction projects and commercial build outs. Bryan earned his B.A., cum laude, from Saint John’s University, where he was inducted into the economics honor society Omicron Kappa Sigma.
