Bryce Alstead assists clients with the successful development of a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects throughout Nevada and the Mountain West. His clients include major renewable energy developers, mining companies, and water purveyors.
Project Development. Bryce provides clients with innovative counsel in all aspects of complex energy and infrastructure project development, finance, site acquisition, and permitting. He has served as lead counsel in the development, financing, acquisition, and sale of solar and geothermal projects ranging from 900kV to 255 MW.
Project Finance. Bryce frequently acts as Nevada counsel for developers, lenders, and equity investors in large project finance transactions, including construction and term financing for solar, geothermal, and transmission projects.
Real Estate and Water Rights. Bryce also works closely with clients in the areas of municipal law and government affairs, water rights acquisitions and permitting, and industrial real estate development and finance.
