Bryn Goodman focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She represents employers and management in state and federal lawsuits and administrative actions involving : New York State and City human rights laws, New York labor law, Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Equal Pay Act.
Bryn is well-versed in negotiating and drafting settlements and representing clients at mediations and settlement conferences. She also conducts anti-discrimination and harassment training, and reviews and drafts employment manuals.
Prior to joining Fox, Bryn worked as an associate at several New York law firms. Since 2013, she has served as a trial advocacy coach at her alma mater, Pace University School of Law.
While in law school, Bryn was managing editor of the Pace Law Review and was previously a student attorney at Pace’s Investor Rights Clinic. She was also a research assistant for the New York State Bar Association’s Task Force on the Future of the Legal Profession.
Bryn is a member of the New York Road Runners and finished the New York City Marathon in 2015. She has also competed in four Half Ironman Distance Triathlons.
