Byron A. Crowe has a diverse corporate practice, with a focus on capital markets, M&A, venture capital, public company counseling and corporate governance. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including banking, energy, financial services, life sciences, mining, retail, tech and telecommunications.
Mr. Crowe rejoined the corporate department in 2018 after serving as a senior fellow at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation, a Cambridge-based think tank focused on capital markets and banking policy.
He clerked for the Honorable Mogoeng Mogoeng, the Chief Justice of South Africa, at the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg. Outside of the firm, Mr. Crowe serves as a director for the Zeta Psi alumni organization at Tufts University.
