Caitlin Hosmer is a project attorney in the firm’s Health Care Group. Caitlin’s practice includes the representation of health systems, hospitals, post-acute care providers, pharmacies, laboratories, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies in a wide range of regulatory matters, contracting, general corporate matters and sales and acquisitions.
Caitlin also advises FDA-regulated clients on the application of the agency’s requirements and related state authorities. Caitlin received her J.D. and Master of Health Administration dual degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law and Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014.
She served as Vice President of the Washington & Lee Health Law Association and received the Stuart Ogren award for academic excellence. Caitlin received national recognition from the Health Information and Management Systems Society for her academic performance and leadership skills. Caitlin earned her B.A. from Harvard University in 2010.
