
Caitlin O’Reilly Ransom is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office. She advises corporate and individual clients on U.S. employment and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including E-3, H-1B, L-1 and TN visas.
She also has experience helping individuals obtain U.S. citizenship through naturalization, and spouses of U.S. citizens obtain I-601A waivers.
Before joining the firm, Caitlin assisted adult immigrants as an English as a Second Language instructor.
While in law school, Caitlin served as a Student Attorney with the Immigration Law Clinic, where she assisted ICE detainees, asylum applicants and Temporary Protected Status applicants.
She has also provided pro bono services related to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and naturalization cases, as well as marriage-based immigrant visa petitions.
