Caitlyn Ozier is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the FDA & Life Sciences Practice Group. Ms. Ozier regularly counsels drug, medical device, and tobacco companies on a variety of regulatory, compliance, and enforcement issues.
Ms. Ozier has specific experience in assisting clients with a number of state and federal licensing matters, including on issues related the federal Drug Supply Chain Security Act.
She also provides counsel to the Ad Hoc State Law Compliance Group on a variety of laws and regulations, including the federal Physician Payment Sunshine provisions and state transparency laws.
Ms. Ozier graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she received a Health Law Certificate. While at Saint Louis University, Ms. Ozier served as an editor on the Public Law Review. Ms. Ozier graduated with her B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
