Carl D. Bellows has been a member of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since 1969. He is responsible for the full range of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, administration and litigation. His practice has a strong tax, litigation and real estate orientation.
Mr. Bellows was a contributing editor for The Review of Taxation of Individuals and he has co-authored the treatise Partnership Buy-Sell Agreements. He has also lectured for the New York City and New York State Bar Associations.
