Carlos E. von der Heyde’s practice focuses on advising private and public sector clients in connection with cross-border matters.
His work includes equity and debt offerings, financing transactions, debt restructurings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on Latin American sovereign transactions.
Carlos joined the firm in 2007 and became a senior attorney in 2014. He was previously an associate at Hope, Duggan & Silva, Buenos Aires, Argentina, until 2003, as well an associate at Garrigues, Madrid, Spain, until 2006. Additionally, Carlos has had his Argentine law degree officially recognized in Spain.
