Carly M. Nese represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, employee discipline, and state and federal wage and hour claims.
She advises clients and responds to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and unfair labor practice charges; defends employers in unemployment insurance defense claims; and drafts employment contracts and workplace policies.
In law school, Carly served as a note and comment editor for the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review. She also served as an extern to the Hon. Stuart M. Rice of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
