Carol Stubblefield practices mainly in the areas of corporate, securities and life sciences. Ms. Stubblefield is the author of numerous articles for The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel and The Euromoney Equity Capital Markets Handbook (2003).
She also served as panelist at the Paris Bar Association’s Annual Conference in Washington, DC. She is a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee, and has advised on a successful political asylum case through Human Rights First.
Ms. Stubblefield represents public companies, issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. She also provides general corporate counseling and corporate governance advice.
