Caroline L. Nowlin represents clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions. She has negotiated real property purchase and sale agreements, retail and office leases and loan agreements and guarantees. She also has experience conducting title, survey and zoning due diligence for the acquisition of raw and developed land.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline was an associate in the Dallas office of an international law firm. During law school, she was executive managing editor of the Texas Tech Law Review. She also interned for the Honorable William C. Sowder of the 99th District Court in Lubbock, Texas and for Justice Elizabeth Lang-Miers of the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas.
