Carolyn Buller leads our Chemicals Group and is managing partner of the New York office. She has more than 25 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, corporate counseling and corporate governance.
Carolyn regularly leads large, international mergers and acquisitions. She has served as acting general counsel and corporate secretary for a number of companies including leading chemical manufacturers.
Carolyn leads roundtables for general counsels in the chemical and performance materials industry in both the US and Europe. She has also contributed articles to respected publications, including Specialty Chemicals Magazine and CheManager Europe, and has been quoted in notable industry publications, ICIS News and Chemical Week.
