Carrie Kochenbach focuses her practice on real estate law with particular emphasis in the area of commercial real estate finance. She has participated in various aspects of commercial real estate lending and refinancing, including a concentration in construction and mortgage lending. Carrie also has experience in sales of commercial property, asset purchases and general real property law.
On behalf of her real estate clients, Carrie has documented, negotiated and closed a variety of commercial loans from institutional lenders to both large and small commercial developers, including many syndicated construction and renovation loans for hotels, shopping malls, residential apartment projects and condominiums, lifestyle centers and office buildings throughout the United States.
Carrie is co-chair of Buchanan’s Associates Committee, which plays a key role in developing associates and senior attorneys in the firm.
