Carter L. George is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Trial & Global Disputes practice group. He defends Fortune 100 and other large companies in a wide range of complex litigation, including automotive, toxic tort and other product liability and tort cases.
Carter has significant deposition, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and case management experience. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Carter spent several years at a Los Angeles litigation boutique handling all aspects of general commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. Following law school, Carter spent two years clerking for a federal district court judge, and during law school he externed at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
