Mr. Cary Goggin manages litigation cases from inception through resolution, including developing solutions tailored to the needs of individual clients and engineering case strategies through pleadings, discovery and motion practice to prepare each case for success.
Mr. Goggin is also responsible for advising and representing clients on landlord and tenant litigation, as well as real estate transactions. He assists with post-judgment garnishment and attachment matters and drafts commercial and residential lease agreements.
Mr. Goggin also advises clients on community association law and develops declaration and restriction enforcement strategies for community associations.
Mr. Goggin considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be the first time a judge singled him out in court to ask for the answer to a legal question. Mr. Goggin had no involvement with the case and was simply observing from the benches. The fact that a judge had a high enough opinion to call on him as an independent legal resource has stuck with him to present day.
