Cary McClelland concentrates his practice on media, intellectual property, and technology related matters and advises on a wide range of topics, including defamation, copyright, privacy, and security. Prior to joining the firm, Cary practiced in the areas of privacy and cybersecurity, international litigation and arbitration, and appellate litigation.
Before practicing law, Cary directed and produced documentary films and advised human rights and international development organizations on the use of media in their operations.
