Pillsbury partner Casey Low is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer whose clients include Fortune 500 businesses, international corporations and startups across a diverse range of industries.
Casey focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust claims, tortious interference with contracts and prospective business relations, defamation and business disparagement, False Claims Act and securities claims, and white collar matters.
He represents plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation proceedings, including in trial and arbitration proceedings in both state and federal court and before the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and attorneys general for numerous states.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE :
- Represents Academy of Allergy & Asthma in Primary Care and United Allergy Services in antitrust and tortious interference claims in federal district court concerning efforts to foreclose allergy testing and immunotherapy markets.
- Successfully represented dozens of family physicians and pediatricians in multimillion dollar dispute with United Healthcare over recoupment of health care claims.
