Catherine K. Liu is an associate in Venable’s Corporate Practice in the Los Angeles office. Catherine assists individual and corporate clients in connection with a wide range of business and entertainment transactions.
During law school, Catherine was a summer associate at an international law firm, where she performed legal research for cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions and participated in negotiation workshops.
She was also a summer law clerk with an entertainment company, where she participated in negotiations with international business partners for co-promotions for films and drafted producer agreements for live-action television shows.
She has also worked on pro bono projects during law school, helping low-income clients with their consumer bankruptcy filings.
