Cedric Soule is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes practice, and focuses on international arbitration. He has been involved in over 30 investment treaty disputes and international commercial arbitrations, conducted in English, French and Spanish, under the arbitration rules of ICSID, UNCITRAL the ICC, and the SCC.
Cedric also has experience in ICSID annulment proceedings and with the enforcement of arbitral awards before the French courts. He is included in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 editions of Who’s Who Legal: Future Leaders – Arbitration.
Cedric read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford. He studied law at McGill University, where he was on the Dean’s Honor List, and at the National University of Singapore. Cedric is trilingual in English, French and Spanish.
