Celeste Noelle Gaines’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation including real estate and construction, franchising, business disputes, trademarks and bankruptcy. In addition to her skilled research, writing and courtroom advocacy, Celeste counsels clients on risks, strategies and witness preparation.

Prior to joining Caiola & Rose, Celeste worked with a long-standing insurance defense firm in Atlanta, where she practiced in the areas of personal injury and construction defects.

Celeste earned her J.D. and a Certificate in Business Law, with honors, from Florida State University College of Law. While earning her law degree, Celeste was a member of the FSU Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, was a student advisor with the FSU Business Law Clinic, and completed an externship with the Honorable Nikki Ann Clark at the Florida First District Court of Appeal.

Celeste also earned her B.A. in Business Management and Spanish from Florida State University. While earning her B.A., Celeste spent a semester studying abroad in Valencia, Spain.

Celeste is admitted to practice in all Georgia state, superior, and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

In addition to being a Decatur native, Celeste is an avid college football fan, enjoys spending time on the water, and travels as frequently as possible.  When she is not rooting for the Seminoles, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her dog, Ocho.
