
Chad Brazzeal is a trial attorney in the Fort Myers, Florida office. Mr. Brazzeal focuses his practice on personal injury litigation.
Mr. Brazzeal joined Morgan & Morgan in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he defended hospitals and healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation and Florida Department of Health investigations.
Additionally, Mr. Brazzeal previously served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida where he prosecuted criminal offenses in Collier County, Florida.
Mr. Brazzeal graduated cum laude from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. In addition to his legal education, Mr. Brazzeal earned a Master of Arts in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida.
Mr. Brazzeal is a member of The Florida Bar, U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, Collier County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association.
From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Brazzeal coached a high school mock trial team in Naples, Florida. He also served as an adjunct professor of law at Ave Maria School of Law from 2011 to 2014
