Charlie E. Feuss has dedicated over 30 years to representing management clients exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law. His practice includes the representation of a broad spectrum of employers in a wide range of industries including automotive, aerospace, bakery and food service, construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and transportation.
Mr. Feuss has represented clients in employment litigation in numerous federal and state courts around the country. He has practiced before federal and state employment agencies and has also appeared before the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on international employment law issues.
A significant portion of his practice has been spent representing both union and non-union employers before the National Labor Relations Board and National Mediation Board. Mr. Feuss has handled many representation (election) cases and unfair labor practice cases before the NLRB in over 30 states and has negotiated many collective bargaining agreements and arbitrated numerous labor cases.
Mr. Feuss is a co-founder of the Twin Cities Labor Roundtable. He is a frequent speaker to business and legal groups on the topics of labor relations and employment law. Mr. Feuss regularly develops and presents management training programs across the U.S.
