Charles Garland Pitman

Charles Garland Pitman is a civil litigation lawyer in Alabama. His practice areas include auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, slip and falls, work injuries, dog bites, Social Security disability, workers’ compensation, employment law, military injury claims, and consumers’ debt law.

He is the founder of Charles G. Pitman Attorneys at Law, LLC., located in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Alabama Advocates for Justice, the American Trial Lawyer Association and the Alabama Bar Association.

Charles Pitman secured the license to practice law in Alabama in 2008. He has the license to practice in all state courts throughout Alabama. He practices in Northern, Southern as well as Middle District Courts.

Charles G. Pitman earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. While studying there, he became a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta international sociology honor society. He later went to the Birmingham School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama to obtain a degree in law.

Pitman opened a personal injury and disability practice after passing the Bar exam. He has ten years of work experience. He believes that every case is different and must be evaluated based on its facts and circumstances. His goal is to educate people on law topics and also to help those in need.
