
Charlie Morgan concentrates his practice in litigation and government and internal investigations, including occupational safety and health, employment and traditional labor matters.
He represents Fortune 500 companies, retailers, manufacturers and privately held organizations across the U.S. in investigations and litigation involving accidents and safety issues, in class and collection actions, and in anti-union campaigns.
He also develops programs and training initiatives for compliance with safety and health laws and federal sentencing guidelines. Charlie has significant experience trying cases in both federal and state courts throughout the nation.
He has handled class actions involving alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and in trials concerning discrimination and harassment and other labor and employment issues.
