Charles J. Dickenson is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. He has experience representing institutional clients in a wide array of legal matters, in both state and federal courts. He focuses his litigation practice on issues regarding commercial disputes and general civil litigation.
A native of Roanoke, Va., Charlie earned a B.A. from The University of Alabama, and J.D. from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
During law school, he completed judicial internships with Justice Elizabeth A. McClanahan in the Supreme Court of Virginia, United States District Judge Henry E. Hudson in the Eastern District of Virginia, and United States District Judge Michael P. Mills in the Northern District of Mississippi. Charlie also served as a staff editor for the William & Mary Law Review.
Charlie began his career at Woods Rogers as a Summer Associate in 2016 and returned to the firm as an associate in 2017. Prior to joining Woods Rogers, Charlie worked as a wrangler at Triangle X Guest Ranch in Moose, Wyo.
