Charlotte Pashley’s real estate practice includes representing clients ranging from multinational Fortune 20 companies to local companies with respect to real estate matters. She has extensive experience with commercial leasing of office, retail and industrial space, as well as the acquisition and disposition of industrial and commercial real properties.
Her real estate experience includes: (i) drafting, negotiating and reviewing a vast array of real estate transactional documents, including commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, deeds of trust, subordination agreements and indemnity agreements; (ii) representing commercial clients in connection with real estate disputes; and (iii) managing commercial development/finance due diligence.
Charlotte has special experience working with the real estate needs of institutional property owners, including telecommunications companies and automotive manufacturers, for whom she has negotiated and finalized hundreds of commercial leases, licenses and easements, and acquired and disposed of numerous real property assets.
