Chase A. Howard’s practice involves a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters. His representations range from litigating on behalf of domestic and international software companies to counseling insurance clients in secondary market litigation, including fraud and stranger-originated life insurance.
Active in pro bono work, Chase represents and assists veterans in matters before the Department of Veteran’s Affairs and Military Discharge Review Board.
Chase graduated from Slippery Rock University, magna cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Chase then earned his law degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, he was the Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Law Review and a teaching assistant for multiple classes.
During law school, Chase served as a judicial intern to Chief Judge Eric L. Frank of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and to the Honorable M. Teresa Sarmina, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division – Complex Litigation.
