
Chelsea Gold focuses on legislative and regulatory matters involving financial services, campaign finance and political law, insurance, judiciary, and telecommunications issues. Chelsea gained Hill experience while serving as a legal clerk for the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Chelsea served as the Office of Legislative Affairs intern at the Federal Communications Commission, where she drafted materials on the impacts of the Connect America Fund for congressional offices.
She also helped prepare witnesses for hearings on topics including positive train control, vehicle-to-vehicle technologies, spoofing, and the Lifeline program, and authored materials for the Lifeline and Direct Access to Numbering items.
